Having spent most of my life in Sydney, I am only relatively new to the Coffs Harbour area. In Sydney, I worked in the customer service and retail industry, but I felt my life was lacking something. I always enjoyed the people aspect of my career but I felt that I had more to give. I wanted to work with people so they could get the most out of their life.
This led to a sea change by moving to Coffs Harbour in 2013. I grew up on Sydney’s northern beaches and have found living on the Coffs Coast to be very similar – beautiful beaches and a wonderful sense of community. This sense of community grew when I started volunteering with Lifeline in 2014 as Telephone Crisis Supporter and then as a Facilitator for the Lifeline Coffs Harbour Suicide Bereavement Support Group.
In 2016 I completed a Diploma of Counselling and I am a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Professional Counsellors. I decided to continue my education and I am currently completing a Bachelor of Psychological Science at Southern Cross University.
I am passionate about the Coffs Coast and being part of this wonderful community.
I am passionate about helping you get the most out of your life.
